Internal divergency reports

Please use the documents listed below to report personal injury; damaged, or lost, equipment and general divergency.

The reports could be delivered, or sent, to the Leader of AMU, to the Safety Deputy or to the Head of Safety and Logistics.

Reports could also be sent forward through your department leader.

Reporting personal injury to the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration

Every personal injury happening during work at UNIS must be reported to the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. The forms must pass through UNIS.
