Internal divergency reports

Please use the documents listed below to report personal injuri, loss off,or damaged equipment and general divergency.

The reports could be deivered, or sent, to the leader of AMU, to the Safety Deputy or to the Head of safety and logistics.

Reports could also be sent forward through your department leader.

Reporting personal injuri to the "Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration"

Every personal injuri happening during work at UNIS must be reported to the "Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration". The forms must pass through UNIS.
